- Shipping date & time:

Shipments are mailed out within 1-2 business days after your payment has been received. We ship  out all orders through USPS Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major USA Holidays. Due to the high occurrences of fraud we do NOT offer overnight shipping methods.  Please allow up to 7-14 business days for delivery.

- Return Policy:

All items have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. Customers must pay return shipping unless otherwise stated or prearranged between customer and MS4U.  Although it is OPTIONAL, we recommend shipping via a trackable method as we will NOT be held responsible for packages lost  in the mail. 

All OEM & Brand Name items MUST be returned with everything that was sent to you including but not limited to: manual, chargers, & retail packaging.  We will NOT be able to obtain a replacement from the manufacturers without them.  Please contact us for return procedures and instructions.

Returned items with physical damage, that show evidence of abuse, neglect, or misuse will result in a voided warranty, and the customer will forfeit any rights for refund or replacement. Such products will only be returned at the customers shipping expense.
